Role Overview:

The Charter Sales Executive will be responsible for generating charter sales and driving revenue growth by managing client relationships and handling end-to-end charter requests — from inquiry to flight confirmation. This role requires strong commercial insight, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of charter operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage charter inquiries from initial request through flight confirmation
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with operations and management teams
  • Develop and maintain strong client and broker / operator relationships to build repeat business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure prompt response times and excellent customer service at every stage
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity reports
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth flight delivery and service quality
  • Handle all client communication pre, during and post-flight confirmation, acting as the single point of contact for the client throughout the charter process.
  • Liase closely with operations department and other internal departments as needed to ensure the smooth execution of flights and time delivery of client requirements.
  • Conduct client visits, attend airshows, and represent Titan Aviation at industry events to build visibility and business relationships
  • Support brand promotion through engagement on social media and professional platforms in alignment with Titan Aviation’s communication guidelines
  • Actively contribute to expanding Titan Aviation’s market presence and network within the global charter community.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in charter sales, preferably with an aircraft operator
  • Strong understanding of charter pricing, fleet types, and operational requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Passionate about aviation and customer service excellence
  • A strong professional social media presence would be an advantage.
