Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
- Current type rating on Citation Mustang
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) / Line Proficiency Check (LPC)
- Valid First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 2000 hours of total flying time
- Minimum 750 hours on multi-engine turbine aircraft
- Minimum 100 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on type
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct all flight operations in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures
- Perform thorough pre-flight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness
- Ensure safe, efficient, and smooth operation of flights, including route planning and weather checks
- Exercise sound decision-making in all phases of flight, prioritizing safety and passenger comfort
- Maintain clear and professional communication with ATC and all stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service, attending to the needs of high-profile passengers
- Supervise and coordinate with co-pilot and ground staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records including flight logs, maintenance reports, and safety documentation
- Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and discretion at all times

- Experience flying in Southeast Asia and surrounding international regions
- Strong situational awareness and CRM (Crew Resource Management) skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage schedules and last-minute changes
