Position: Account Management Executive
Location: Malaysia and Indonesia
Role Overview:
The Account Management Executive will provide exceptional support to Titan Aviation’s clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is client-facing and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage day-to-day client requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Support charter, management, sales, ops and maintenance teams with client and aircraft servicing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and preferences.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or aviation sales support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for aviation and client service.
- Fluency in languages used in the region strongly preferred.
