Position: Account Management Executive
Location: Malaysia and Indonesia 

Role Overview:

The Account Management Executive will provide exceptional support to Titan Aviation’s clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is client-facing and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Manage day-to-day client requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support charter, management, sales, ops and maintenance teams with client and aircraft servicing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and preferences.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or aviation sales support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for aviation and client service.
  • Fluency in languages used in the region strongly preferred.
