Manager – Ground Operations & Security
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Ground Operations & Security to oversee the Company's ground operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high service standards. The role involves managing ground handling service providers, supervising ground operations staff, coordinating safety and security activities, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. A valid Dispatch License is mandatory.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in ground operations, flight operations, or aviation management.
- Knowledge of ground handling procedures, aviation safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage service providers and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid Dispatch License is mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Company's ground operations to ensure safe, efficient, and smooth operations.
- Ensure adequate resources, and effective management of ground operations.
- Monitor and coordinate with ground handling agents and service providers to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, review, update, and distribute the Company's Ground Operations Manual.
- Supervise and provide training to ground handling agents and ground operations staff as required.
- Conduct station inspections in coordination with the Quality Department and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor Ground Operations Safety Management System (SMS), health and safety activities, audits, inspections, and ground handling reports.
- Liaise with airport security authorities regarding security matters, immigration issues, fines, and investigations.
