Position: President – APAC
Location: Malaysia 

Role Overview:

The President – APAC will lead Titan Aviation’s growth strategy across the APAC region, driving revenue expansion, building high-value partnerships, and overseeing all aspects of business operations and business development initiatives. This role requires a leader with strong aviation industry expertise, exceptional networking skills, and proven success in building and scaling businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC base strategy in alignment with company’s global  business goals.
• Drive revenue growth through new market opportunities and client acquisition.
• Build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, charter operators, OEMs, and government authorities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to business development and sales teams.
• Represent Titan Aviation at industry forums, conferences, and high-level meetings.
• Oversee P&L responsibility for business development in the APAC region.
• Manage the regional team

Qualifications & Skills

• 15+ years of experience in business development, business operations, sales, or strategy roles in corporate  aviation/charter/leasing sectors.
• Proven leadership at a senior executive level (President, CEO, or equivalent).
• Strong client network within the corporate aviation industry.
• People friendly
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across APAC.
