Role Overview:

The Crew Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, optimizing crew productivity, and maintaining on-time performance (OTP). This role oversees crew scheduling, roster execution, and operational control to eliminate controllable delays while fostering collaboration across departments. The Crew Control Manager will also lead safety compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to support efficient airline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect On-Time Performance by implementing enhanced strategies
• Review and calibrate the published crew pairings and crew rosters to improve crew productivity targets vs. published crew rosters
• Exercise independency in deciding and completing routine tasks
• Lead the preparation and execution during Audit activities
• Review and monitor the crew standby capacity
• Partner with other entities to improve the cross departmental work relationships
• Lead compliance to regulations, policies and procedures
• Undertake review and amendments to Manuals, e.g. OPM, OM-A relevant chapters
• Perform audit of the crew management system rules settings & application and report contents
• Report on delays & issues, and document corrective measures accountable to the department
• Promote Safety culture
• Prepare and implement succession plan for staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors in Aviation Operations, IT Systems Development or Analysis
• 8–11 years of experience
• Experience in Airline Operations, Resource Planning/Rostering & Scheduling
• Proficiency with AIMS

Position: Account Management Executive
Location: Malaysia and Indonesia 

Role Overview:

The Account Management Executive will provide exceptional support to Titan Aviation’s clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is client-facing and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage day-to-day client requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Support charter, management, sales, ops and maintenance teams with client and aircraft servicing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and preferences.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or aviation sales support.

Position: Charter Sales Manager
Location: Malaysia and Indonesia 

Role Overview: 

The Charter Sales Manager will be responsible for driving charter sales revenue by managing client accounts, developing new leads, and ensuring outstanding customer service for charter clients across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle charter inquiries from initial request through flight confirmation.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of charter clients.
• Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and close charter contracts.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless flight delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with brokers, corporates, and HNW clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in charter sales (in house fleet and third party)
• Strong understanding of charter pricing, fleet capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Fluency in English; additional APAC languages a plus.

Position: Vice President – Business Development
Location: Malaysia

Role Overview: 

The Vice President – Business Development will support the President in driving growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and expanding Titan Aviation’s footprint across APAC. The role is focused on building client relationships, managing key accounts, and securing revenue-generating deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in aircraft management, charter, aircraft sales and aviation services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, UHNWIs, and aviation partners.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop client acquisition strategies.
• Manage negotiations and deal structuring to close high-value agreements.

The President – APAC will lead Titan Aviation’s growth strategy across the APAC region, driving revenue expansion, building high-value partnerships, and overseeing all aspects of business operations and business development initiatives. This role requires a leader with strong aviation industry expertise, exceptional networking skills, and proven success in building and scaling businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC base strategy in alignment with company’s global  business goals.
• Drive revenue growth through new market opportunities and client acquisition.
• Build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, charter operators, OEMs, and government authorities.
