Position: Charter Sales Manager
Location: Malaysia and Indonesia
Role Overview:
The Charter Sales Manager will be responsible for driving charter sales revenue by managing client accounts, developing new leads, and ensuring outstanding customer service for charter clients across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle charter inquiries from initial request through flight confirmation.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of charter clients.
- Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and close charter contracts.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless flight delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with brokers, corporates, and HNW clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in charter sales (in house fleet and third party)
- Strong understanding of charter pricing, fleet capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
