Overview

As a Captain on the Phenom 300 aircraft, you will be responsible for safely operating and managing flight missions. You will ensure the comfort and safety of passengers while adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) certificate with Embraer Phenom 300 type rating
• Type rating and experience on the Embraer Phenom 300
• Valid IR/LPC
• Valid First Class Medical
• Minimum of 2000 hours of total flight time
• Minimum of 100 hours as Pilot in Command on type
• Minimum of 750 hours on multi-engine turbo-jet aircraft

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform pre-flight inspections and checks to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition
• Operate the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, making decisions to ensure the safety of all on board
• Communicate effectively with air traffic control and crew members
• Manage and oversee the flight crew, ensuring all team members are operating cohesively
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, attending to their needs throughout the flight
• Maintain accurate flight logs and records
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations

As a Captain for the Embraer Phenom 300, your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting pre-flight inspections, communicating with crew members and air traffic control, safely operating the aircraft, and providing exceptional customer service to passengers. You will also be responsible for overseeing the flight crew and maintaining accurate flight records. Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the above.
