Position: Vice President – Business Development
Location: Malaysia

Role Overview: 


The Vice President – Business Development will support the President in driving growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and expanding Titan Aviation’s footprint across APAC. The role is focused on building client relationships, managing key accounts, and securing revenue-generating deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in aircraft management, charter, aircraft sales and aviation services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, UHNWIs, and aviation partners.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop client acquisition strategies.
  • Manage negotiations and deal structuring to close high-value agreements.
  • Report market intelligence, competitor activity, and regional trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in aviation sales, charter, or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large-scale deals.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC aviation landscape.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
