Job Title: Captain – Citation XLS
Base: India

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
• Current and valid type rating on Citation XLS
• Valid Instrument Rating (IR) / Line Proficiency Check (LPC)
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2000 hours total flying time
• Minimum 750 hours on multi-engine turbine aircraft
• Minimum 100 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on type

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate the Citation XLS in accordance with all regulatory and company requirements
• Perform comprehensive pre-flight inspections and ensure the aircraft is fully airworthy
• Plan and conduct flights with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort
• Assess and adapt to changing weather and operational conditions
• Maintain clear and professional communication with ATC, crew, and passengers
• Provide a premium service experience to passengers, ensuring discretion and professionalism at all times
• Supervise First Officer and coordinate with ground crew for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including flight logs, technical defects, and safety reports
• Lead by example in promoting safety culture and CRM best practices
