Overview

Titan Aviation is currently recruiting for Flight Dispatchers to support our operations. As a Flight Dispatcher, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring flights, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with crew and operations teams to maintain flight safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid Flight Dispatcher License (GCAA, FAA, DGCA, or equivalent)
• Degree or Diploma in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of global aviation regulations
• Experience with flight planning systems and flight watch softwares
• Strong understanding of aircraft performance, weather, and routing
• Previous airline dispatch or operations experience preferred
• Able to work under pressure and in a team environment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and release flight plans according to regulations and company policies
• Monitor flights in real-time and provide updates as needed
• Analyze weather, NOTAMs, and operational data to support safe routing
• Coordinate with pilots and operations teams to address flight changes or delays
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines
